Are those Paid online surveys just a skam?

I've been searching for legit online surveys and it feels like i'm getting nowhere. I am a stay at home nanny and i need to make some extra cash. So if you have any info regarding LEGIT PAID ONLINE SURVEYS, then please feel free to leave feedback.
I have been browsing around and some sites say its all a skam, but others say they are not.. So please help! lol well thanks 
i have not heard of any legitimate jobs like these
as far as i have been able to see they are all scam

there are some sites on my blog that I myself have tried AND made some money from. I dont put them up until I see money.

Hello, if you are interested in working from home, this is a great business. First of all I want to tell you I have checked out tons of work at home jobs..going to extremes of looking them up on the Better Business Bureau website..all the ones I have found have a NEGATIVE file..then I came across this work at home job..looked them up and they are satisfactory..they have been in business for 9 yrs now. I took the first step by giving them a chance and it is the best decision I have made for myself..they train, give you everything you need to actually make money and everyone who works for them are extremely helpful. I urge you to look over their site and watch the video that is presented (which tells you what the business is about and how you make a profitable paycheck). Just thought Id let you know about this because I have went thru the same thing you are going thru..looking at tons of online jobs to find nothing but a waste of my time. Most of them are scams, especially the sites that ask you for money to join. However, I do make money taking surveys, just not as much as a lot of sites promise. Generally the legit free to join sites pay 2 to 10 dollars per survey. How much you can make varies quite a bit from week to week depending on how many surveys you actually qualify for.
If you just want to make a few extra dollars here and there it can be a fun hobby, just don't expect to replace a job anytime soon. The few sites I've had the best luck with are listed and reviewed on my blog if you're interested.

The online survey site I am a part of does not have any fees and registration is fee.
It in fact does really pay as other users have proven so.
I have already made $20 and I just started two days ago.

I can personally assure you that http://www.cashcratesurveys.com is real and legitimate. A friend told me about it and I joined in November. I really got paid three times already, so I am very happy with their program.

Some sites are scams, but others are legit. You really need to do your research before joining one. That's what i did before i joined cash crate. It is easy to use and free to join. You should check it out.
